課程概述：本課程主在介紹常用於職能治療臨床實務的理論、參考架構與治療模式，包含有其理論背景、基礎、應用、適用對象、評古方法與臨床介入方法等，使學生瞭解臨床實務背後的理論與模式，並有實際能力將這些所習得之智識運用於將來處理生理障礙病患身上。
課程目標：
1、瞭解臨床實務模式、參考架構與背景理論。
2、瞭解傳統職能治療理論與現代治療理論之不同。
3、瞭解各架構所實際運用方式、介入手法等。
4、能根據所學的基礎理論用於臨床手法。
