The Chinese Medicinal Dietetics course aims to instruct students in the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with dietary knowledge, enabling them to comprehend the fundamental theories and practical applications of medicinal diets. Through discussions on the characteristics of Chinese herbal ingredients, compatibility principles, and culinary techniques, students develop the skills to incorporate traditional Chinese medicine into cooking. Additionally, through case analyses and hands-on experience, students learn to tailor medicinal diets to address various health needs, enhancing their practical skills in the application of Chinese herbal culinary practices.
