原住民族文化與語言在時代的轉換中成為了需要去經營與學習的，母語更是傳承文化的重要的方法， 本課程藉由母語的教學來認識泰雅族文化，透過 文化的認知學習自我認同並傳承文化，並期許未來能 將母語學習融入學生的專業。

Indigenous culture and language have become necessary to manage and learn in the changing times. Mother tongue is an important way to inherit culture. This course uses mother tongue teaching to understand Atayal culture and learn selfidentity through cultural cognition. And inherit the culture, and hope that the mother tongue learning can be integrated into the students' major in the future.
